TPFR - Third Party Financial Review

The ARG/US Third Party Financial Review Service is designed to serve as an asset management tool. The financial due diligence of these processes provide valuable information to the aircraft owner, as well as significant potential savings. The service is especially beneficial to fractional aircraft owners, and whole aircraft owners operating under an aircraft management agreement.

ARG/US will develop a budget for hourly and annual aircraft expenditures and revenue based on the following:

• hourly operating costs
• annual overhead costs
• periodic costs
• charter income (if applicable)

Then on a quarterly basis ARG/US will review flight profiles and analyze in detail, a client’s actual cost and performance compared to nationwide average hourly and annual benchmarks as well as the original budget. ARG/US will then determine the variances between the data sets and provide the client with a written report and, if requested, an on-site presentation of the report findings with recommendations.

The service identifies areas of excellent cost control and areas to watch. It uncovers negative trends before they become chronic and determines potential underlying problems and corrective actions. For whole aircraft owners, the service includes researching appropriate maintenance warranties to assure maximum coverage is received.
