TRAQPak FBO was developed by ARGUS in conjunction with representatives from the FBO community, ensuring a product that meets their specific needs. ARGUS surveyed FBOs around the country, of all sizes, to determine the features and tools considered most important to them. This cooperative effort has produced an operational, financial, analytical, customer service, and marketing tool that is unparalleled in its capabilities. TRAQPak FBO is a live flight tracking web portal with fully integrated functionality driven by FlightView® near real-time air traffic information, JETNET® owner/operator contact information, and ARGUS TRAQPak historic activity data and analysis. TRAQPak data is serial-number specific aircraft arrival and departure information on all IFR flights in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Users have the ability to code aircraft and create aircraft specific notes in order to improve customer service when the customer returns. Along with coding, aircraft can be checked when they visit your location, so the next time they visit you will be able to tell if they are a new or returning customer. The program also allows you to run specific reports to view all of the landing traffic at your airport, the flight activity of your coded aircraft, or all of the aircraft that have come to your FBO. The Custom Report section allows you to better view individual aircraft activity and trends along with airport base reports, and JetNet company summary reports. All of this combined gives you the most comprehensive customer service and revenue producing tool available.
